Offer of meeting space for students and staff affected by the Israel/Gaza crisis

The University of Oslo has students and staff who are affected by what is happening in the Gaza Strip and in Israel. We want to offer meeting places for those who need to get together.

Employees and students who are affected in different ways by the crisis shall receive follow-up through their workplace and study program. In addition, UiO wants to facilitate for a meeting place for those who feel the need to gather and talk across departments, and to see how the university can possibly assist further.

In order for everyone to be able to share what is on their mind in a safe and good way, there will be one gathering for those who are affected by what is happening in Israel, and one for those who are affected by what is happening in the Gaza Strip.

Representatives from SiO Health and the occupational health service, as well as UiO's student chaplain and student humanist will be present. So will the management at UiO.
