It is located in a quiet street, within a short distance to the forested areas surrounding Oslo, public transport and local shops.

The kitchen is brand new, with a stove and large fridge/freezer included. Underfloor heating in all floors, and balanced ventilation. A washing machine can be purchased by agreement if desired. 

The rent includes internet; electricity is invoiced as a proportion (40%) of the electricity bill for the main floor of the property.
