- Select the chat you want to download from the chat list in the left sidebar.
- Click on the download icon.
- The chat will then be available for download as a text file. See the guidelines in the storage guide for where you can save the file.
The text files that you download can be opened in a text editing program such as Notepad or TextEdit.

Book a Zoom meeting
Students and employees can book a Zoom meeting with UiO Helpdesk. Available hours are Tuesday to Thursday between 11:00 and 13:00.
