ILN international MA student orientation seminar

You are invited to participate in a seminar designed for international MA students at ILN.

All students are welcome to attend if you feel that the topics are relevant to you, however. The seminar will cover topics such as:

What are the norms and expectations for MA students in the Norwegian university system, and at ILN in particular?

What advice do 2nd year international MA students have for incoming students?

What are the pros and cons of investing time in learning Norwegian, and what resources exist?

The seminar also includes lunch and ice-breaker activities with fellow students. 

Program: 

10:15-10:45 Master studies in Norway: Norms & expectations (Elise Kleivane, Head of Studies at ILN)

10:45- 11:45 Panel and discussion groups with 2nd year students

11:45- 12:45 Lunch (provided)

12:45-13:30 Quiz in teams

13:30-14:00 Opportunities for learning Norwegian (Teodor Ekblad Aagaard, Norwegian for International Students)
