Error in installation guide for GHDL

In the document that indicates how to install GHDL (https://github.uio.no/in3160/cookbook/wiki/2-Installing-GHDL-cocotb-and-GTKWave#installing-ghdlcocotbgtkwave) there is a typo in the line:

./configure ¨Cprefix=/usr/local

You have to use a double dash like this:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local

The error will be fixed soon, but be aware of it in the meantime
