Message from Ana on CRISPR

Thanks for the group work and presentations. At the end, I made a couple comments to the group speculating on CRISPR. Since we were running short of time, my comments may have remained unclear.

In short, at the moment genetic modification of humans is not allowed. Of course, we can speculate that it will be, but then legal regimes will need to change quite a lot, including dominant intelectual property regimes (i.e. patents) Thanks for an interesting presentation to this group and sorry about the rush!
